Advent is always the church season that most catches me out. I’ve just gotten into my stride adjusting to the Autumn clock change and have been preoccupied with ways I can get ahead for Christmas and then all of a sudden it’s the end of November and Advent is upon me. And I haven’t given much thought to tending my soul through this special month ahead.
Does that sound familiar?

Maybe in these uncertain times we are still living in you would like to attend an Advent something but don’t feel able to venture into a church. You would like to give yourself some time to mark this season but don’t quite know how.

Or perhaps you are looking for something a little different, something to help you pause, consider, reflect – that will mark the beginning of this advent in a unique way.

Could you join me for Approaching Advent – an evening to gather ourselves and consider how we are doing at the start of this particular Advent, what our hopes are for this month ahead, and sit awhile in His presence to hear His heart for us as we step into this season.
The Secret Garden and Zechariah’s meeting with Gabriel will help us along our way.
It would simply be a joy to have you along.

The cost is £10 for the event, an accompanying journal and Gift Pack with some lovely things to enjoy during the evening and beyond.

A p&p charge of £1.99 will be added for any packs needing postal delivery.
